Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
- A standard delivery charge applies to orders below this amount (charges shown at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most cities in Pakistan. An advance payment may be required for certain orders - customers who pay 5% in advance receive a discount as noted at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking link/number shared with you. If you don't receive tracking information within 2 days of order confirmation, please reach out to us.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
